About the Chapter
AIA Orange County (AIAOC), a Chapter of The American Institute of Architects,
was established in 1952 by 18 members. It is a tribute to the dynamic growth
of this unique area that this chapter is now the third largest chapter in the
state of California.
AIA Orange County is the recipient of the 2005 AIA/CES Providers Award
for Excellence – AIA Chapter, recognizing the Chapter’s commitment
to an overall system of quality continuing education programming.
Mission Statement
The American Insitute of Architects Orange County is our voice of the profession,
dedicated to the advocacy of its members and inspiring the quality of the built
environment.
Location
The Chapter office is located in Newport Beach at
3000 Newport Boulevard. AIA documents are sold here, and information for
members as well as the profession
is available. Most business development seminars and committee meetings
occur at this location with metered parking nearby for all visitors to the
Chapter
