A Seminar on Designing "Green" Systems

Sponsored by the Geothermal Heat Pump Consortium in cooperation with AIA

3 HSW Continuing Education Credits

Attend a free lunch-time seminar and learn how to apply geoexchange (ground source heat pump) technologies to your design projects. This is the only single system technology to heat, cool and make hot water using the earth as its solar collector and heat sink. With the recent energy crisis and uncertain times ahead, your clients are more aware of and interested in reducing their energy costs. Geoexchange technology has the potential to reduce the heating and cooling costs in both new building design and retrofit projects by as much as 20-40%. According to the EPA and DOE, geoexchange is a most favored "green" sustainable strategy.

Learn how geoexchange systems provide:

  • a cleaner building design
  • reduced energy costs
  • a renewable energy source
  • a quieter system
  • lower maintenance costs
  • a more comfortable environment
