Newport Coast, CA - May, 2004 - JBZ Architecture + Planning is excited to introduce its latest expression of artistry and architectural innovation; the intimate village of Belcara at Pacific Ridge, placed high in the hills of Newport Coast. Belcara was designed by JBZ for Taylor Woodrow Homes.

Behind Belcara's private gates, rests the fabled romance and elegant simplicity of Europe's most charming villages. Four stunning two-story designs, inspired by timeless architecture, capture the warmth and character of Rustic Italian and Coastal European styling.

Belcara's four distinctive floor plans span approximately 2,475 to 3,082 square feet, including as many as five bedrooms and four and one-half baths. Their rich European heritage is dramatized by private courtyards and loggias that create an irresistible interplay between indoor and outdoor spaces.

Each plan also has its own distinguishing features: an impressive entry courtyard, downstairs bedroom and secluded master-suite retreat in Residence One; a fully internalized courtyard and downstairs master suite in Residence Two; side-yard patios and a loggia extending to a detached bedroom and bath in Residence Three; and a convenient downstairs bedroom, an upstairs detached bedroom, and detached studio and a master-suite retreat in Residence Four.

Along with its incomparable setting in prestigious Newport Coast, Belcara's residents enjoy the outstanding amenities of Pacific Ridge, including a swimming pool, community park and recreation area.

Belcara's prices range from $1.1 - 1.6 million. Decorated model homes opened in late March 2004.
