Newport Beach, May 2004 — Ronald J. Holecek, AIA, president and chief executive officer of Wimberly Allison Tong & Goo (WATG), has announced the election of Harvey Maruya, AIA, to associate in the firm.

With a B.A., Architecture from University of Hawaii, and an M.B.A., from University of Redlands, Maruya joined the firm in 1997. He has coordinated numerous project management and construction administration efforts for notable hospitality and leisure projects including: Four Seasons Resort Club – Aviara, Carlsbad, California; Four Seasons Aviara Hotel Spa in California; The Venetian Resort-Hotel-Casino in Las Vegas; and Shades of Green, a resort hotel in Walt Disney World, Orlando, Florida.
