About this Course
Multi-Family Projects. Discover different types of coatings and their features and benefits along with life cycle considerations as they pertain to dry film attributes.
Learning Objectives:
- Learn about surface preparation requirements prior to the application of one of several coatings systems. 
- Learn about the main components of paint. Review the performance level of different paint types: including the sustainable benefit gained using higher quality or more durable paints and coatings. 
- Learn about different quality levels of interior finishes and how to choose the best product & finish for your project. Identify different types of paints and coatings available in the industry: including low and zero VOC options for added beneficial environmental impact. 
- Primers and finish coats for longer life cycle and specific project needs. Identifying sustainable coatings systems by substrate needed for each type of multi-family areas going room by room.
