PROJECT ARCHITECT

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions.

  • Mentor and direct a young and enthusiastic staff and maintain a hands-on approach to creating project documents.

  • Plan, develop, manage, and execute a variety of projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field.

  • 8+ years of experience in the field of architecture.

  • Professional licensure is strongly preferred but not required.

  • Revit modeling literacy required.

  • Strong understanding of the principles and practices of architecture.

  • Comprehensive understanding of and experience with California state building. codes and standards, technical detailing, and construction methods.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Must enjoy working in a highly collaborative studio environment.
