PROJECT ARCHITECT
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions.
Mentor and direct a young and enthusiastic staff and maintain a hands-on approach to creating project documents.
Plan, develop, manage, and execute a variety of projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field.
8+ years of experience in the field of architecture.
Professional licensure is strongly preferred but not required.
Revit modeling literacy required.
Strong understanding of the principles and practices of architecture.
Comprehensive understanding of and experience with California state building. codes and standards, technical detailing, and construction methods.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Must enjoy working in a highly collaborative studio environment.
