ABOUT:
Having been formed as a partnership between a high design firm in Santa Barbara and a local Orange County architect, the core of the Elements team has spent the past 30+ years establishing a reputation for delivering high quality design and service to clients that appreciate our passion. The weathering of many economic storms through the years has confirmed Element’s strategy of focusing on project types and clients that aren’t dependent on market whims. An important aspect of this strategy has been developing an environment that promotes the personal and professional growth of our team members, creating opportunities for them to experience every aspect of the design and build process. This commitment is evidenced by a significant investment in the best technology available for producing work and presenting our projects. Because our projects are often unique within our areas of expertise, the opportunities for continuing growth are wide and varied. This is not the environment for an individual that wants to spend their career doing the “same” thing. The projects are designed for clients that will ultimately occupy the facility. Our team may find themselves working on a master plan for a modern church campus that has been resurrected from a property that was built in the 1920s and will be constructed in multiple phases over the next ten years. Elements in embracing the newest technological concepts for energy usage and security while designing facilities for Utility companies throughout the western U.S. We strongly believe that this firm offers an unsurpassed opportunity for individuals who are serious about their ability to better the communities they serve through a new and exciting built environment.
