PROJECT MANAGER
JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently seeking a Job Captain to join our team in Costa Mesa!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead a collaborative design team through all phases of assigned projects
Lead client and team meetings through all phases of assigned projects
Review design documents for code compliance
Interface with Authorities Having Jurisdiction to attain project approvals
Assist through construction administration phase
Implement and monitor project budgets, scopes, and schedules
Track consultant contracts and additional services
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate Qualities
A positive, collaborative approach to working with all team members
Ability to structure and manage project goals and deadlines
Ability to convey design concepts and explain technical execution
Experience & Technical Skills
10+ years of professional experience in architectural design and construction
5+ years of California education experience
Extensive knowledge of the CBC and Title 5
Experience with DSA and local Authorities Having Jurisdiction
Experience in construction administration
Working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD
Education & Credentials
Architectural degree
California Registered Architect is preferred
LEED BD+C or WELL certification is preferred
