Tour The Row at Red Hill

Presented by:

The Row at Red Hill promotes an enriched and diverse culture, healthy community living, and a thriving regional economy. The site comprises four distinct neighborhoods, EV charging stations, retail, and an energetic mix of retail and private amenities totaling 80,000 square feet. At the gateway sits Market Hall and a centrally located plaza with open-air community gathering space. Grand paseos lead pedestrians to an expansive 15,000 square foot fitness and wellness center for residents. Serving as the crown jewel of the community, there are three rooftop amenity decks feature saltwater pools and spas, outdoor barbeques and kitchens, private cabanas, fire pits, dog parks, play areas, and luxurious community rooms.

Learning Objectives:

  • Attendees will experience how natural light and operable walls were used as a main design feature to reduce the carbon footprint and energy costs to create healthier environments for its occupants.

  • Attendees will learn how the design team exceeded California Green Code Mandatory Measures, including a significant EV charging structure throughout the development and water saving features for a healthier environment for the occupants. The residential buildings aim to achieve LEED Silver.

  • Attendees will experience how accessibility is successfully accomplished as a design feature connecting the site with multiple buildings and freestanding amenities including rooftop pool decks, dog parks, and play areas and other accessible amenities for the safety of its inhabitants.
